Shirt #12 | Meet the maker – Michelle from Michelle Amo Illustrations

We will bring you 100 x upcycle, repair or rewear inspiration, making a t-shirts into a green statement. To show you what amazing things you can do with the t-shirt already in your closet: Every week we’ll be collaborating with artists and designers who are creating, repairing, styling their t-shirts. What is their story? This weeks fashion illustrator in the spotlight: Michelle from Michelle Amo Illustrations. Her designs are really bold and daring, and her sense of color is amazing! So we happy to have her here, and can’t wait to see what she made. But first: 

1. Tell us, how did you start Michelle Amo Illustrations?

I started my business In July during the lockdown. When we were forced to stay at home I started to paint again, and there were so much good reactions about it. I had my first exhibition, with fashion illustration acrylic paintings on huge canvases.

2. What are your dreams?
